This week, I make vegan chocolate mousse with Eric Edelstein! Eric was on 'Twin Peaks Season 3' and he is the voice of Grizzly on 'We Bare Bears', among many other credits! We make a delicious and very simple vegan chocolate mousse using avocados and I got to hear Eric's story of how he was cast in Twin Peaks!
